Responses are due no later than the time and date stated above. Proposals received after that will be considered late. However, MART reserves the right to accept or to reject any and/or all responses.

MART reserves the right to terminate or modify any or all parts of this RFR, including the above schedule, as required to ensure a competitive public procurement process and to facilitate the most contractor participation possible.
