MH COVID19 Information

To our MassHealth Members:

In light of the COVID-19 outbreak, many health care appointments are being rescheduled or switched to telehealth or telephone. Have you confirmed with your health care provider than an in-person visit is needed? Please consider rescheduling or discussing with your provider whether receiving care via telehealth or over the phone would be appropriate.

All MART's Call Center Representatives will be asking this same question each time you call until such time as we have been directed otherwise from MassHealth. Your health care providers are also being given similar direction and telehealth tools.

To our Transportation Providers:

MART understands that many of you have lots of questions and concerns about providing medical transportation in these uncertain times. The Human Service Transportation Office of the Executive Office of Health and Human Services for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts has come out with a guidance document which will help you maintain your business to protect you and their members.  Please download the document found at the link below.
