· ‘MART’ runs 15 regular bus routes with 5 peak hour service in Fitchburg and Leominster, areas of Lunenburg, Lancaster, and in Gardner, Mondays through Saturdays.
· There are no services on Sundays and Holidays.
· Flag the bus to stop at any safe location.
· Please arrive at your stop a few minutes ahead of time, and have exact change ready.
· To signal the bus to stop, simply press the black strip beside a window as the bus approaches your stop.
· There are no transfers on Gardner buses or on the intercity/commuter rail bus.
· Transfers are available on Fitchburg, Leominster, and Lunenburg buses, and will be issued only upon the payment of fare. No transfers are available on the Fitchburg/Leominster-to-Gardner bus or on the MWCC Commuter Rail bus. Transfers are valid only at ‘MART’s Intermodal Transportation Center in Fitchburg and at Monument Square in Leominster.

· For safety reasons, ‘MART’ has the right to postpone or cancel service or to deviate from its regular routes because of accidents, bad weather or other emergencies. For updates tune to WPKZ — AM 1280 or call ‘MART’ at 1-800-922-5636.
· As required by law and for the convenience of others, no smoking is allowed on the bus. Also eating, drinking, or playing sound equipment is not permitted.
· Please keep children safe and supervised during your trip.
· Please collapse all strollers and shopping carts.
· No animals are permitted on board except for service animals for disabled passengers.
· Only hand-carried parcels are permitted on the bus. Once on board, passengers are not permitted to get off the bus to retrieve any additional parcels.
· Exact change is required. (No change is given.)
· No bicycles are permitted on the bus. |

· All ‘MART’ buses are equipped with wheelchair lifts.
· In the event a lift is not available to you because of an emergency or maintenance, your driver will notify ‘MART’, and a lift-equipped ‘MART’ van will be sent to enable you to complete your journey.
· To qualify for discount fares and get a proper ID, please call 1-800-922-5636.
· The TDD number for deaf and hearing impaired passengers is 1-800-789-0577.
· In Fitchburg, Leominster, areas of Lunenburg, Lancaster, and Gardner, ADA service is available to those who are unable to use the regular bus. To enroll, please call ‘MART’ at 1-800-922-5636 Monday through Friday between 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM. |
